1. Why Your Personal Code Goes Inside the Address
The Paysable Warehouse stores packages from customers all over the world at the same time. When a package arrives, the key to identifying who it belongs to is your Personal Code.
Your Personal Code is automatically assigned to your account in the format #00001-A — unique to each account, with no duplicates. Including this code in your shipping address is what allows your package to be registered accurately in your Package List.
⚠️ Important: If a package arrives with no Personal Code in the address, it gets classified as an ‘Unidentified Recipient Package’ and requires manual matching — which can delay import processing. Please double-check your address before placing any order.

Paysable Warehouse addresses come in two versions: Korean and English.

💡 Tip: Some sites have a character limit on the Recipient field. If that’s the case, try entering just your Personal Code in the Recipient field (
#12345-B) and include the code in the detail address field as well, just to be safe.

5. Common Address Mistakes to Avoid
❌ Mistake 1: Missing Personal Code
This is the most frequently reported issue in Warehouse-related CS inquiries. If a package arrives at an address with no Personal Code, it gets classified as an ‘Unidentified Recipient Package’ and requires manual processing — which delays import. After filling in your shipping address, please check that a code in the #00000-A format is included.
❌ Mistake 2: Wrong Postal Code from Auto-complete
Some shopping sites auto-fill a different postal code when you search for an address. The correct postal code for the Paysable Warehouse is 14488. Please verify the number after it has been auto-filled.
❌ Mistake 3: Entering Your Own Phone Number
Some users enter their personal phone number in the shipping address phone field. Since all delivery-related communication is handled by Able Union, please enter 070-4099-4260 in the phone field as-is.

Q. I can’t find my Personal Code on My Page.
A. Go to My Page > My Korean Address section and look for the code starting with # — it’s 5 digits followed by one letter. For example: #12345-B. Your complete address is provided right there, so you can copy it directly.
Q. Which format should I use — Korean or English?
A. Use the Korean address when entering a shipping address on the Korean-language version of shopping sites (SmartStore, Weverse, HYBE Weverse Shop, Interpark, etc.). Use the English address for global shopping sites that only have English input fields, or when shipping directly from overseas to Korea.
Q. I placed an order but the package isn’t showing in my Package List.
A. It’s likely one of the following reasons:
- Missing Personal Code: If the shipping address didn’t include your Personal Code, the package gets classified as an ‘Unidentified Recipient Package’ and will be registered after manual processing. Please check the address you entered when placing the order.
- Waiting for import processing: It generally takes 2-5 business days (weekdays only) after arrival for packages to appear in your list. During holidays or sale periods, it may take a bit longer.
- Carrier tracking mismatch: Even if the carrier marks the package as ‘delivered,’ import processing can take an additional 1-2 days.

Q. Can I have items shipped directly to me in Korea?
